We strive to bridge mechanics and clinical scenarios through computational modeling. Our lab is interested in soft tissues of living systems and develops computational tools for study of surgical methods and optimization, growth and its incompatibility, and uncertainty propagation. We focus on patient-specific modeling in tissue reconstruction and surrogate modeling for uncertainty analysis over biological responses and mechanical behavior.
